The Head of People role can be lonely and overwhelming. There are a thousand things that needed to be done yesterday. It’s difficult to know what to prioritize, and how to navigate the problems in front of you. That’s where I come in. Companies hire me to “ride sidecar” and guide these People leaders. As an advisor, I act as an accelerator, unlocking leadership skills, building confidence, and rapidly expanding People and Culture knowledge. In addition to advising People leaders, I help CEOs and other executives (CFO, CCO, etc.) leading the People and Culture function in the interim while they run their search for a Head of People.
